Silver preserve spoon.
Plain design with a lightly scalloped edge to the bowl.

The spoon is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1935, and the maker James Swann & Son.
The hallmarks are very clear and crisp, and include the coronation year mark.

James Swann & Son worked out of Hylton Street, Birmingham.

The spoon is 13 cm (5") long. The bowl is 4.5 cm (1.75") by 4 cm (1.5"). It weighs 21 grams.
All measurements are approximate.

The spoon is covered in fine surface scratches, commensurate with age and use.
