Montrose Scottish silver, Peter Lambert, c1835

This rare Montrose Scottish provincial silver tea spoon was made by Peter Lambert. The spoon's finial has been engraved "H". The spoon carries the mark for Peter, flanked by a thistle mark. Peter Lambert is known to have worked between c1833-1838. The spoon is in very good condition. The spoon measures 12.9 cm (5.1") long, and weighs 11g. All measurements are approximate.
