Edwardian plannished silver card case, 1907

£165.00

This silver card case has an overall plannish finish, and a vacant circular cartouche to the front.

The card case is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1907, and the maker "JG".
There is a full set of hallmarks on the lip of the case, and a partial set to the front of the lid. All hallmarks are crisp and clear.

The card case is 4.8 cm (1.9") wide by 8.4 cm (3.3") high by .6 cm (.25") thick. It weighs 46 grams.
All measurements are approximate.

The card case is in very good condition. There are some surface scratches and one small ding to the bottom edge - all commensurate with age.

Please study all photos as these form an important part of the description.
