Aberdeen Scottish provincial silver tea spoon

This Aberdeen scottish provincial fiddle pattern silver tea spoon was made by George Jamieson.
The spoon's finial has been engraved "M".

The spoon carries the mark for George alongside an Aberdeen "ABDN" mark, a London assay office mark with the date letter for 1849, the lion silver standard mark, and a young Queen Victoria head duty mark.

George Jamieson worked c1837 and 1875.

The spoon is in very good condition.

The spoon measures 14.3 cm (5.6") long, and weighs 18g.
